What is the difference between a Community Support Worker Certificate and a Community Services Worker Diploma?

The certificate is a short, 40-hour program that builds foundational knowledge of frontline community support. A Community Services Worker Diploma is a much longer, Ministry-approved vocational program that covers the field in full. The certificate is a good fit if you want to learn the fundamentals quickly or add a credential to experience you already have.
