Early Childcare Professional Certificate

Build the foundational knowledge and practical skills to support children's learning, development, and well-being in early childcare settings.

The Early Childcare Professional Certificate is a fully online, self-paced program designed for anyone looking to build or formalize their knowledge in the early childhood field. Whether you're new to childcare, currently working in a support role, transitioning from another career, or an internationally trained ECE professional seeking Canadian credentials — this program provides a solid foundation grounded in practical, real-world skills.
Through flexible online learning, you'll develop knowledge in child development, communication strategies, behaviour guidance, inclusive practices, and supporting safe and nurturing early learning environments.
This program does not lead to RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) designation. It is designed as foundational professional training for support-level roles and credential recognition purposes.
